What is CrossFit?
CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We use the same programming for elderly individuals with heart disease to cage fighters one month out from televised bouts.
We scale load and intensity to provide the right level of activity for each individual. We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities. With our constantly varied programming you will rarely do the same workout twice in any given year.
