    Short & Long Term Goals - Short term goals - get the basic CrossFit movements and technique down sharp. Improve my clean, and get consistent dubs. Long term goals - Do at least 75% of the WoDs Rx. Do a muscle-up. Do a muscle-up. Develop a Ryan Reynolds torso. Do a half marathon. In all, I want to be someone that people can look to for the right way to do things at Strong. I`m trying to improve upon this every day as I learn from our coaches and long-time athletes.
