The Structure of Sessions:

All Sessions are structured to last an hour. It is our intent when the timer starts that we are here to get fit and train our bodies. Social hour is before and after classes. The classes will start with a random warm-up that is usually designed to start preparing for the  WOD(Work Out of The Day) and get the entire body warmed-up. We will then go into skills practice which is used to hone your skills in order to do the more advanced Olympic lifts, gymnastic exercises, and complete WOD's as efficiently as possible. Crossfit mantra is to move large loads, long distance, quickly using functional body movements. We finish the session with a WOD. In most situations the WOD should leave you where you have nothing left to give, but on certain occasions there will be time left after class where you can work on other exercises if desired outside of the session.

Sessions are constantly varied and always changing. Some days will include max load, long distance run, or max rounds. The idea is to keep your body always guessing.

CrossFit Strong Foundations

Start This Week With CrossFit Strong Foundations -- These Classes are scaled down version of CrossFit to either help prepare a new member transition into the General CrossFit classes or can be used as your CrossFit replacement. In the class, we will be following the main class WOD’s except keeping it simple and spending more time with the barbell for skills and working on foundation movements

There is a form that we will require every member to fill out and body measurements will be taken for Crossfit Tracker. Let me also start with this, to get the results that you want you need to look at doing classes as a 3 day on 1 day off as prescribe by Crossfit. It takes a bit to get there, so a 2 day on, 1 day off, 1 day on scenario really works well for the work week and Saturday.

Explain the Costs

We are a coaching/training facility. You get coaching every time you step into our doors. If you're referring to why you're only paying $50 a month at the local YMCA or Globo big box gym, please understand that that is an access fee. That small fee just gives you access to their gym. Inquire about personal training there and you'll see the value of our Coaching Membership.
