    I liked this one A LOT! Could be my favorite girl. Look forward to doing RX next time. Had to shed 10 off of each round but I made it all 5 rounds. :)

    The motors on the 6am crew were definitely humming today. Atom Bomb Angie, Machine Maltsberger, and Steve "Granite" Graham were on fire!

    Also, has anyone noticed how David Burford looks like hes a little pudgy?

    I know malachi is good...but dont think he can knock out 250 airsquats in 4:53 much less the other movements....dont get me started with kyle and his pullups....before either of them have the opportunity to throw me under the bus....this score of mine was done when I was 28...so yes it is over 3 years old.

    The scores you see entered in here do not have the 12 minutes rest added in there....BUT it is supposed to be your TOTAL time with the rest...so just make sure you write in the notes of your WOD that your time is with the 12 min rest. Please and thank you! :)

    For those of you that have done this and remember the yuck factor. Have a great Monday. Be careful if you have not built ip the capacity for this many reps. Ask a coach for scaling options if needed.
