    Have you signed up for the Open yet?!?!? If yes, awesome!! Good for you. If no, you should. Itll be a great experience and a lot of fun!! Whats that youre saying? Youre "afraid/worried/not ready" for it....? Dont believe that junk, aint nobody got time for that!!! Sign up for the Open!! Heres why you are ready...I meet Buck last year during the first Open workout. Asked him how long hed been doing Crossfit. He said since last week..... He started Crossfit the week before the Open, signed up, and participated. Still think youre "not ready"?? Youre argument is invalid.
