    @JasonD - Im taking the course today, have 2 modules down 4 to go

    Everyone be sure and WOD with your kettlebell flat to the ceiling today, thats the standard in the Judges Course for the Open! Good standards during regular WODs helps ensure youll have them during Opens and wont have a problem with no reps :D
