    Ash, my kids remind me every day. the number of Burpees are written on the fridge. there is also a calendar notice. my kids insist that they need to submit a video of me doing the Burpees. so I have no scope to forget.
    you could buy Grayson a bib that says "have you done your Burpees yet?"

    I wonder if AMers are fully awake sometimes; PaulF thought we needed to complete 50 snatches per arm, and I thought there was a timed rest between the 1st and 2nd part of the wod. Granted, I think theres a "timed rest" in most wods...
