    Near the end it was either 30 wallballs or 10 more burpees to start a new round... good thing I had plenty of wallball practice lately.

    So...I changed the reps for rope climb this morning to 10...just trying to help and entice someone to do it...in the middle of the wod I find someone thought they were worth 15(5:30am)...so we laughed...then here comes (6:30am)....same thing but they thought it was worth 20....funny counting morning...or the fact that some of 6:30am forgot DB cleans.....
