    @ Nay: for the bands--in order of most help to the least, its: Green, Blue, Red, then Purple.

    #savethe6... Nay- you rocked it today!! ... and i think the blue band is actually more resistance than green, right?? so im thinking you should go red!!!

    I think I am going to try losing the green band for my pullups and move to the blue&red? or is that the same? :)
