    I agree with Clint. It says GO HEAVY, Chris. Maybe next time Ill use a PVC pipe so I can go super intense.

    Oh...I thought we were supposed to keep up intensity when we CrossFit? ClintPs 5:28 time doesnt look quite as intense as say a BLAZING 5:03!!

    I really enjoyed this wod. If I had dubs, it would have been easily in my top ten favorites.

    Carina can crush some double-unders. Between her, Tara, and Michelle Read, I saw some really impressive ladies this morning.
