    Fun lunch class! ( if you can say that about the filthy that is ) Heathers first 50! -- Carina dropped in from school - and I shaved off 7:39 and went RX for the first time :)

    The ones for sale at the gym are a great value for the money and are a perfect learning rope. I`ve spent much more money on "nicer" ropes only to have them snap at the handles pretty badly.

    CROSSFIT STRONG KIDS TODAY!!!- Get ready for some Thanksgiving Dirty Thirty Kiddos! I know lots of kids are off from school this week so come over to the box at 4:30 and work off some of that energy. Drop Ins are always welcome!! And we have new wall balls that are the perfect weight for kids and just perfect for Dirty Thirty.
