    Cross-dressing could possibly improve times. Nails went in pretty hard yesterday in them booty shorts. Who knows, Manchild could get a confidence boost while wearing his Friday night skirt and heels.

    Haha Malachi that is a great idea, but we should open it up to everyone and have a 3 stage chipper just like the final part of the games. This way niether of us has an advantage because we can have the WODs varied.

    On a side note we had a locker room discussion on where all the girl named WODs came from. That in the early days maybe one of the founders had a lot of un-lady like friends. We assumed that Fran had a mustache and was short.

    Wow, I wish I had gotten in on this earlier... A lot of tehcnical mumbo jumbo that I feel I could have contributed well to. At the end of the day, Popeye and Manchild, I hate to be the one to mention the elephant in the room, but Little John to you both to task today, popeye by more than 8 minutes; Manchild could have almost done Fran in that time. Anyway, I dont know why you guys are all so concerned about your "rankings". As long as you are better today than you were yesterday, thats the only measuring stick you need to gauge yourself on. Just keep that in mind.

    What were leaving out here is the fact that Anthony has to wear a training bra when he does Olympic lifts thus limiting his mobility. So I will give him a 30+ sec advantage on tomorrows workout. If you do compare any WOD we have both done ever since he came back from New York, I have consistently destroyed him espcially when you compare BW. Any WOD where being fat puts you at an advantage he will clearly win ( ex 45lb overhead plate carry).

    Interesting.. If % of BW was the basis of all our workouts I think wed have a bunch of lean mudderffers. I think we should try that for a month as our next challenge!

    Well if you wanna get *really* technical, adam had less distance to travel per rep than manthony, assuming they both went to full depth...

    To be fair... Adam had to lift about 20% more weight than Manchild in todays WOD when compared to body weight.

    Im assuming Adam weighs around 150 lbs and Manchild has to be at least 210 lbs. If my assumptions are correct... Manchild should have done todays WOD at 135 lbs or Adam should have only used 67.5 lbs.

    OHS - 6 Adam -1 , started evening out the constant battle of Murray vs OHS today. Bring em on, only way Ill keep getting better is to keep doing them. Even if it means Anthony might actually beat any of us in WOD for once.


    I think there should have been a 7min cap to yesterdays workout so Anthonys time doesnt count.

    Am I the only one that enjoys OHS? I hate them immediately preceding a run though. I think that last 400 was the slowest Ive ever walked/run haha
