Gymnastics Class starts back up Feb 14th!

Welcome to the new year with gymnastics class (aka body weight movements for crossfit) on Thursday nights starting back up on February 14th at 6:30!  If you need help with body weight movements and flexibility, this is a great enhancement to your crossfit regime.   Plus, it is at no additional cost!  What could be more fun on a Thursday night?

We will work on improving your handstand, handstand pushup, pistols, burpees, and lots of other non barbell movements.  I also throw in some basic gymnastics skills for fun, too. 

If you have any questions, please let me know.  All levels are welcome.  If there is interest, we can add one Saturday gymnastics class a month to the schedule, too.  But, this depends on the interest level.  So, please provide feedback.  And those of you have been coming to class, let the folks know what you think and how the class has helped you!

Cant wait to start back up again!

    These classes are awesome, especially if you need work on mobility and HSPU!  I can't wait to get back to these again :)

    I was not able to go to more than a couple of these last season due to time constraints, but the ones I made were great.  I would highly reccomend it if you have the chance to give it a whirl.
