Work Week

U members,
Before you all begin what should be a great Sunday of football, I wanted to inform you all of what is ahead for the week at the U. This week we will be running a mile in warmups everyday. WODs will all be triplets (three movements) and we will focus on your ability to maintain consistency and accuracy in all movements. Make this a great week by working hard and pushing yourself to complete the WODs to the best of your ability. As always, your trainers will be coaching you through it all and helping you stay motivated. See you all tomorrow. Cheers!
