  2 potential new t-shirts.  Please post to this blog by tomorrow at 2 pm if you want one.  Specify "Bodygood" or "BarbellCry" with your size.  Tees are American Apparel 50/50, Tanks are Bella Girly.  Bodygood will be $25 (maybe less), BarbellCry will be $22 (maybe less). Captions on Bodygood read "before crossfit" and "after crossfit".  Let me or shooter know if you have any questions.

  Good luck to Cat and Marla, I thought of you girls as I ran this morning. 
  The course that the girls are running is 197 miles (317 km) from Timberline Lodge on the slopes of Mount Hood, the tallest peak in Oregon, through the Portland metropolitan area, and over the Oregon Coast Range to the beach town of Seaside on the Oregon Coast.
